Principal Building Products is based in Rotherham and ideally situated close to road networks. We can supply most products from stock within three days, and all of our products have been carefully sourced and chosen to provide the merchant with consistent quality and value. They carry the recognised quality standards such as the BBA or NHBC where appropriate.

Some of the products in this brochure are only obtainable from us and have become nationally renowned as the best quality on the market, able to compete with any currently available. Examples of this can be seen in our Rhinoplast Radon Barrier, a virgin polymer 1500g-blended extruded film, proven to be a highly effective barrier to Radon. RhinoVent is yet another example of our innovative thinking. RhinoVent is a breather membrane replacing ordinary underslaters felt available at a price, which many consider to be extraordinary.
